“This year, IMA met ongoing, post-pandemic challenges by focusing on delivering more value for members. This pursuit resulted in a record number of free continuing education offerings, a hybrid annual conference to accommodate those who wished to attend in-person as well as those who wished to attend virtually, and development of new courseware with an emphasis on DE&I and sustainability.”
